Benefits of membership of INSOL Europe
- A complimentary copy of each publication within the INSOL Europe Technical Series including “The Insolvency Law of Central & Eastern Europe” and “The European Communication & cooperation Guidelines for Cross-Border Insolvency”
- Ability to attend our Annual Congress at discounted members' rates. The annual congress is held at a different European venue each year.
- Our members receive copies of our journal "eurofenix" which is published four times each year and currently runs to 32 pages per edition.

- Our Council have direct contact with the EU. The principal goal of INSOL Europe's Academic Wing is to study insolvency matters emanating from EC regulations and to promote the further development of insolvency law as an academic discipline throughout Europe.
