Benefits of membership of INSOL Europe
- A complimentary copy of each publication within the INSOL Europe Technical Series including “The Insolvency Law of Central & Eastern Europe” and “The European Communication & cooperation Guidelines for Cross-Border Insolvency”
- Ability to attend our Annual Congress at discounted members' rates. The annual congress is held at a different European venue each year.
- Our members receive copies of our journal "eurofenix" which is published four times each year and currently runs to 32 pages per edition.
- Ability to attend conferences of INSOL International at discounted members' rates.
- As a member Association of INSOL International, our members also receive copies of their newsletter, "INSOL World" which is published four times each year and runs to 50 pages per edition, together with their annual Membership Directory and technical releases.
- Our members may be considered for working groups within the organisation and to write articles to feature in our newsletter and/or on our website.
- Each member is entitled to privileged access to our website via a password protected "members' area". This area includes "members only" access to :
- Glossaries of Terms relevant to insolvency laws of most European countries
- A downloadable version of the membership database
- Material from the Accession Countries and Eastern Europe Committee
- The current edition of Eurofenix in English and French
- The financial statements of INSOL Europe
- Forthcoming papers by the Academic Wing - Members may place advertisements in Eurofenix at negotiable rates.
- Our Council have direct contact with the EU. The principal goal of INSOL Europe's Academic Wing is to study insolvency matters emanating from EC regulations and to promote the further development of insolvency law as an academic discipline throughout Europe.
