Formerly known as the European Insolvency Practitioners Association INSOL Europe
is a group of professionals who specialise in business rehabilitation, reconstruction
and recovery as well as traditional insolvency procedures.
It is an association founded in 1981 and registered in France.
Its membership consists of lawyers, accountants, insolvency practitioners, lenders, regulators, academics, members of the judiciary, credit managers, credit insurers and students.
Members of INSOL Europe are individuals and no partnership or body corporate
is admitted to membership.
Honorary Membership is available for people who have performed outstanding
work on behalf of INSOL Europe.
Full Members who retire from practice can keep in touch with the Association
and attend Congresses by becoming Retired Members. |
