INSOL Europe, supported and assisted by Cimejes GmbH, has now, as previously heralded in Eurofenix, established an authoritative online database of cases from all EU member states on the European Insolvency Regulation
Our aims are to facilitate understanding of the approaches of different jurisdictions to allow constructive use of the common legislative framework, whilst raising awareness of the work of the many INSOL Europe members who are involved in cross-border matters. As insolvency practitioners working regularly with the Regulation, INSOL Europe members are at the forefront of this developing area of law and are uniquely placed to co-ordinate its smooth integration into their national practices.
