Part-time Administrative Assistant

INSOL Europe, conference and events company, is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to work 16 hours per week, supporting the Chief Operations Officer in the UK. We are a small and close-knit team and therefore the ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and hands on approach. The role will be varied depending on our programme of events but will mainly involve working on our membership system with some event assistance.

The candidate will be able to work from home providing 16 hours per week during normal working hours, for a salary of £12,500 plus statutory holidays. The make-up of the hours per week is very flexible and will be discussed during the interview process. Twice a year you will be required to travel in Europe for our two main annual events for up to 4 days per event.

The chosen candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
•    Previous administrative experience
•    Understanding of office management systems including Microsoft Office 365
•    Ability to use online database software (specific training will be given)
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
•    Excellent time management and problem solving skills
•    Attention to detail with excellent written communication skills
•    Ability to deal with all members of an organisation and its members
•    Professional and friendly demeanour

Full details of the job are provided in the Job Description attached.

If you are interested in applying, please write to Hannah Denney, Chief Operations Officer.

We will be interviewing potential candidates in November and appointing in December, to start working for us in January 2022. Training will be provided online and in the UK.

INSOL Europe is an equal opportunities employer.
