The 'INSOL Europe Turnaround Wing Guidelines for Restructuring and Turnaround Professionals' have now been published. The guidelines were developed in 2015 by INSOL Europe’s Turnaround Wing, through consultation with members practising throughout Europe and beyond, under the supervision of a Review and Advisory Board, and were produced with the assistance of the Turnaround, Rescue and Insolvency team from the Law School of the University of Leiden. These guidelines are a huge step forward for the Turnaround Wing of INSOL Europe to mark leadership in the turnaround community in Europe.
