Following the postponement of our conference originally planned for November, INSOL Europe and Réseau CAP are pleased to confirm the new date: Friday 6 March 2026 at Palais de Académies, Hertogsstraat, 1 1000 Brussels.
The event will explore how groups of companies navigate cross-border challenges at this expert-led seminar, featuring EU insights and practical guidance. Conclude the day with an exclusive guided tour of Brussels’ iconic Palais de Justice.
Keynote Speaker & Technical Programme
We are delighted to announce that a representative of the European Commission will deliver the keynote address, offering personal insights into current EU Commission initiatives on group insolvencies.
The keynote will be followed by a series of expert panels covering topics such as:
• Intercompany claims
• Cash pooling
• Directors’ responsibilities
• D&O insurance
• Myths and Realities of Group Units
• Cross-jurisdiction cooperation between practitioners
Attendees can earn 5 CPD points.
Guided Tour
The programme will conclude with a guided tour of the Brussels Courthouse, one of the city’s most iconic architectural landmarks.
