Worldwide Digital Assets Case Register

Our new Worldwide Digital Assets Case Register will provide a summary of cases and judgements concerning digital assets which will be useful for all insolvency specialists. The following table is an inventory produced with thanks to the contributions of our INSOL Members and Insolvency Tech & Digital Assets Wing.
