Congress App


How to access the Dublin Congress App

  1. Go to the Dublin Congress App website on your phone, tablet or laptop.
  2. Log-in with your email address - this must be the email address that you used to register for the conference.
  3. Enter your password - this will be the same password you have used previously on our Congress Apps, or if you are a new user, create a new password of your choice. If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Reset Password’ and a reset link will be sent to your email address.
  4. If you have 2-factor authorization set up, please enter the code provided.

 

To add a shortcut to the App to your phone or tablet home-screen:

Apple iOS:

  1. Launch the App in Safari as above.
  2. Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing out of it) at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the list of actions and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Type a name for your site link. This will be the title that appears beneath its icon on your Home screen.
  5. Tap Add in the top-right corner of the screen.

 

Android:

  1. Launch the App in Chrome as above.
  2. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to homescreen.
  3. Enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
