2023 Statistics for insolvency proceedings in France

57 729 judgments opening insolvency proceedings were registered for the overall 2023 (+ 35,8% compared to 2022) including:
 
    •    41 085 liquidation proceedings (+ 31,4% compared to 2022);
 
    •    15 115 reorganisation proceedings; (+ 49,2% compared to 2022);
 
    •    and 1 529 safeguard proceedings. (+ 35,9% compared to 2022);
