INSOL Europe’s Insolvency Office Holders (IOH) Forum conducted a survey from December 2015 to May 2016, which was presented together with a summary including recommendations with regards to the profession to the European Commission, DG Justice in July 2016 by the Co-Chairs of the Insolvency Office Holders Forum

The 'INSOL Europe Turnaround Wing Guidelines for Restructuring and Turnaround Professionals' have now been published. The guidelines were developed in 2015 by INSOL Europe’s Turnaround Wing, through consultation with members practising throughout Europe and beyond, under the supervision of a Review and Advisory Board, and were produced with the assistance of the Turnaround, Rescue and Insolvency team from the Law School of the University of Leiden. These guidelines are a huge step forward for the Turnaround Wing of INSOL Europe to mark leadership in the turnaround community in Europe.
